The perfect writer's room

Thanks to Frank Wilson at Books, Inq, I have found the perfect room for a writer. Look at the walls of books! What a wonderful table, though I would want a more comfortable chair. This is the room where Colm Tóibín writes. I'll let him tell you about it himself, here. I want a cave like this!

____________
ADDENDUM: I happened to run across a review of one of Colm Toibin's books here: http://tragicrighthip.blogspot.com/2007/02/10-master.html
Since I've never read anything by Toibin, it's nice to know someone considers him a good writer.

I'm not sure I would get much writing done in a room like this. It's lovely, but I like a nice blank wall where I can see things in front of me that then get transferred to the screen.

Oh wow! Yes! I'm halfway there - got one and half walls of books, but have now run out of wall space!
Interesting how we all like different spaces for writing.

Colm is also a heck of a nice guy.
